Hyne Timber and Sunshine Mitre 10 are offering the chance to win $10,000. If you have purchased Hyne products, yep that's any Hyne Timber product purchased from Sunshine Mitre 10, and used them on a build, enter the details below to go into the draw.

Entries close 16 April with the winner drawn 17 April.

Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition Sponsor is Hyne & Son Pty Ltd 160 Kent Street, Maryborough, QLD 4650, ACN 009 660 995.
  2. By entering the competition, entrants accept these terms.

  3. Entrants must have a Trade credit account or Trade cash account to be eligible.

  4. The Hyne product used must be purchased from a Sunshine Mitre 10.
  5. Each build can only be submitted once. Multiple builds can be entered.
  6. Entrant must be able to supply proof of purchase demonstrating that the Hyne product used was supplied by Sunshine Mitre 10.
  7. Entrants to the competition are the principal account holder with Sunshine Mitre 10.
  8. Where the person who submitted this form is not the principal account holder, and that submission is drawn, the prize will go to the registered principal account holder of that company.
  9. Submitting this form without a photo will award the business 1 entry. Attaching a photo of the timber in use on the relevant build site will award the business 1 bonus entry.
  10. The competition will be conducted on timber purchased from 1st January 2024 and finishing 5pm April 16th, 2024 (Competition Period).
  11. The competition draw will take place on 17 April 2024 with the winner announced at the Sunshine Trade Expo. Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone and followed up for a period of 30 days to redeem the prize.
  12. After this period, or if the prize is refused by the winner, the relevant prize winner will be deemed invalid, and the sponsor reserves the right to conduct a further draw until the prize is accepted by an entrant.
  13. Prize winners do not need to be at the event at the time of the draw to collect the prize.
  14. The grand prize will be a $10,000 cash giveaway (noting that this money will not be provided in cash and will instead be sent through a bank transfer).
  15. Each eligible entrant has a fair and equal chance of competing for the prize. An entrants’ details will be drawn at random at 7:30PM AEST on 17 April 2024. The selected name will be deemed the major prize winner.
  16. The outcome of the prize draw will be final.
  17. The Sponsor may require the winner/s to provide identification, proof of purchase and/or other relevant information as requested by the Sponsor including (without limitation) proof of identity and proof of age.
  18. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
  19. Details of the winner may be announced by Sunshine Mitre 10 or Hyne after the event through email, website, and/or social media pages.
  20. Photos uploaded through our form may be shared by Hyne Timber or Sunshine Mitre 10 online.
